Job Description:

Summary of Job Responsibilities: Conduct mammograms for screening and diagnostic purposes. Educate and prepare patients for procedures, ensuring their comfort and understanding. Operate and maintain mammography equipment, ensuring proper functionality. Adhere to safety protocols and radiation protection standards. Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate imaging. Maintain detailed patient records and manage documentation in accordance with HIPAA. Ensure compliance with CA DPH regulations and maintain licensure and training standards. Qualifications: Minimum 6 months experience as a Mammography Technologist in a hospital American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) (R)(M) California Dept. of Public Health (CRT) Current CPR Card issued by American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Must have proof of MMR, Varicella vaccinations or titers. Must have Proof of TB/PPD or Chest X-ray within the past 12 Months Current Annual Health Clearance How is QTS Different from Other Agencies?
