Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Faculty in Psychology.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coach faculty while ensuring adherence to academic
policies and performance standards
Teach courses and support student learning outcomes in alignment
with programmatic goals
Participate in faculty evaluations, onboarding, and development
processes to enhance instructional quality
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology or
Applied Psychology required; terminal degree preferred
3 to 5 years of experience working with adult and non-traditional
learners in higher education
5 years of collegiate teaching experience, with online and blended
teaching preferred
1 to 3 years of experience managing or coordinating teams,
including hiring and development responsibilities
Experience in higher education and student success initiatives is a
plus
