Job Description:
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to provide
customer service in a remote veterinary care setting.
Key Responsibilities
Engage in positive interactions with pet families and answer a high
volume of customer service calls
Gather and document pet medical information while scheduling
appointments effectively
Guide emotional conversations and ensure adherence to performance
standards
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center
environments
Ability to quickly learn custom software and other relevant
programs
Previous experience in a remote work environment
Must attend a mandatory 4-week intensive training program at the
start of employment
Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential for this
role
