Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Support Specialist to
provide support to clinicians and ensure high-quality patient
care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical and administrative support to the clinical
team
Review patient schedules and ensure all necessary documentation is
complete
Facilitate communication between patients and medical staff to
enhance the patient experience
Required Qualifications
Prior medical office experience, preferably 2 years
Experience with medical terminology
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage medical records
confidentially
Proficiency in data entry and EMR systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
