Job Title: Dentist Job Specialty: General Dentistry Job Duration: 3 months minimum with the option to extend Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Not specified License: Active DEA needed before start Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Willingness to work with both children and adults Job Description: - Work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, serving a mixed patient population of children and adults. - A minimum commitment of 3 months is required, with the option to extend the position. - Ensure completion of patient chart closure within 72 hours. - Credentialing process takes approximately 30-60 days; timely submission of application/documents is essential. - Required immunizations for credentialing include Flu Vaccine for 2022-2023, TB Status/X-Ray Results (results must be within 90 days before start date), Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series, and Tdap Immunization (must be within the last 10 years). - A decision typically made within 7-14 days. - Board certification is not required; board certification eligible candidates are acceptable.
