Job Description:
A company is looking for a Certified Health Coach - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with participants through telephonic calls for enrollment
and coaching
Coordinate care delivery with a multi-disciplinary team and track
member progress
Participate in meetings to provide updates and insights on program
efficacy
Required Qualifications
Completed training from a NBHWC certified training program
Active board certification in Wellness Coaching from NBHWC is a
plus
Bachelor's degree in a health-related field is required
Experience with chat-based coaching sessions is a plus
Proficiency in computer data entry and Microsoft Office
