Coverage: ASAP --- 3-6 months, with options to extend Schedule: Either Monday --- Friday 8:30a-5:00p or 4x10 per week (8:30a-7p --- variable day off) Setting: Clinic Patients Daily Responsibilities: Adult and Child Population, Likely main focus on paneled patients, Chronic Disease Management (e.g., diabetes, blood pressure), Outpatient Primary Care (e.g., flu, colds, sickness), Handle own in-basket (emails, follow-ups) No call Patients per shift: Estimated 3 patients per hour, Estimated 22-24 patients per 8-hour day EMR: Epic Credentialing timeframe: 60 days Requirements: Active unrestricted CA License Active AHA ACLS & BLS certifications Board Certified --- Family Med Vaccination Requirement: Required with Booster or declination Full-time coverage is mandatory---no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.
