---12 hour primary in-house coverage plus 12 hour secondary call
from home (must be able to back to hospital within 30 min)
oRarely called back in
---All cases come through the ED (no elective cases)
---In 2014, there were 900 trauma admits
---Mid-Level providers on 2 per day
