- The initial compensation for this position ranges from
$84,949.30 - $104,476.92 per year.
- Salary is dependent on commensurate experience above the
minimum qualifications for the role and internal equity
considerations.

0-25Program Description: Full-Service Partnerships (FSP) program
provides intensive mental health services to severely emotionally
disturbed children and young adults in the Los Angeles Area. The
goal of FSP is to provide youth with the resources they need to
stay at home and recover from mental illness.JOB SUMMARYWorks
within the vision, mission, and philosophy of the agency. Under
general supervision, ensures youth and families are served in line
with agency and evidence-based practices. Assists the Director with
implementing strategies to accomplish the agency's annual
priorities at the program level. Assists the Director with external
systems interface, the budget process, and directs and develops
managers. Ensures that Clinical Program Managers are competent and
have all tools necessary to lead teams. Leads quality improvement
efforts program-wide and coordinates all supervision, training, and
coaching of program personnel and volunteers.RESPONSIBILITIES AND
DUTIES
- Develops and implements programs to include evidence-based and
continuous quality improvement (CQI) practices.
- Direct oversight of the execution of the Lanterman Petris Short
(LPS) regulations.
- Manages program(s) to meet contractual requirements and be
fiscally viable.
- Coordinates crisis clinical program support and the clinical
training of Crisis supervisors.
- May respond to community-based crisis in the capacity of a
supervisor.
- Collaborates with local law enforcement and emergency medical
services.
- Functions as consultant in decision making related to the
initiation of involuntary psychiatric holds.
- Supports programmatic training, including linking training
resources.
- May be required to facilitate Crisis Response training for new
hires and annual recertification.
- Provides community-based training including crisis
de-escalation strategies.
- Leads the quality improvement effort program-wide.
- Provides project and change management leadership as
needed.
- Participates in county meetings and coordination of service
delivery.
- Participates in after-hours on-call rotation.
- Performs other responsibilities as assigned.
- Practices self-care and treats others with grace.
- Provides coverage for the Crisis Clinical Program manager and
the Crisis Program Supervisor.
- Implements trainings across the county for all Police officers
and County stakeholders.
- Participates in recruitment efforts and hiring events.JOB

successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential
duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are
representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability
required.MINIMUM EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Master's Degree (MA/MS) required.
- Two (2) years Management experience required.
- Knowledge of California Education Code required.
- Three to ten (3-10) years experience required.OTHER SPECIFIC
REQUIREMENTS
- Must pass background clearance.
- Must possess a valid CA driver's license and insurance.
- Certified in county of service for LPS 5150 within 60 days of
hire.
- Must pass an initial physical abilities test and be certified
in crisis intervention techniques.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Doctorate (Ph.D.) degree in related field preferred.
- Clinical licensure preferred.HIGHLY DESIREABLE SKILLS
- Experience with culturally diverse populations.
- Speak, read, and/or write another language.PHYSICAL
REQUIREMENTS
- Must remain physically fit enough to keep clients
self-safe.
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25
