Job Description:
A company is looking for a Case Analyst to perform complex work
related to enrollment appeals and decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Reviews case files and writes clear, concise, and impartial
decisions
Makes independent decisions based on evidence in accordance with
relevant laws and policies
Provides guidance and support to team members in the development of
written decisions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with
three years of experience in healthcare regulatory
interpretation/application or healthcare compliance, or a Paralegal
Certificate with three years of paralegal experience
Legal writing experience is preferred
