A company is looking for a Virtual School Social Worker for the
2024/2025 school year in Illinois.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments to identify students' social and emotional
needs and develop individualized plans
Provide counseling services through teletherapy and offer guidance
for social and emotional challenges
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals to create a
supportive learning environment
Required Qualifications
Must hold an active School Social Worker license in Illinois
Possess a Master's degree in Social Work or a related field from an
accredited institution
Previous experience in teletherapy or a strong willingness to
adapt
Proficiency with technology, including video conferencing and
digital tools
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
