The Supervisor of School Services provides case management
oversight and direction designed to optimize access to curriculum
and IEP goals and objectives, while supporting function-based
behavior assessment and intervention planning. The Supervisor works
collaboratively within a multidisciplinary school-based team to
maximize efficiency of service delivery, while providing
supervision to the Manager of School Services aimed to advance
development of skills and excellent customer service.
Under your supervision, you ensure that:
- Your assigned client families experience a consistent high
quality clinical practice, impactful client progress and customer
satisfaction with Intercare services. Your provision of direct
services to clients will include FBAs, direct oversight of assigned
client cases as well as consultation on or coverage of certain
cases assigned to other Clinical Supervisors (BCBA).
- Your assigned clinical team experiences high quality
professional development and success in their roles, as appropriate
for their level of experience and stage in professional
development. You will provide oversight, feedback, mentoring and
encouragement to produce trained and professional Program Managers
and Interventionists and optimize their success. Primary
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality oversight of case management in accordance with
BACB Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts, IDEA, California Ed Code
and specific Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct or oversee FBAs and development of individualized and
function-based behavior plans
- Engage with multidisciplinary team to ensure behavior plans
reflect social validity and compatibility with other IEP
services
- Oversee development of valid measurement systems to evaluate
the effectiveness of service delivery
- Recommend implementation fidelity and data accuracy checks as
needed
- Conduct data analysis and recommend modification of treatment
protocols to impact progress on IEP goals and objectives
- Provide direct on-site supervision to Intercare team to ensure
implementation of IEP goals per recommendations, collaborations
with broader school team as needed, and adherence to school or
other administrative expectations as described
- Provide on-site launch of new cases and support team in case
launches
- Document and maintain clinical notes in Welligent and internal
Practice Management as required in outlined policies and
standards
- Ensure timely completion of quality assessments and
reports
- Attend IEPs, staffing meetings, and other meetings as
scheduled
- Make service recommendations in accordance with IDEA and
FAPE
- Impact barriers and document solutions/strategies to optimize
service delivery
- Function as Primary Supervisor to assigned team
- Provide accurate assessment of skills and direct feedback
through completion of Performance Management metrics with Manager
of School Services
- Manage and oversee completion of systems designed to monitor
performance
- Provide training, resources and experience designed to improve
performance
- Maintain records of performance management and monitoring
- Conduct and document supervision meetings with assigned team as
outlined in Intercare's Supervision Standard
- Prepare and facilitate performance evaluations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation for
all students
- Adhere to the BCBA Ethics Code
- Attend and participate in Territory Meetings
- Participate with broader Intercare team to promote an excellent
experience for all
- Follow company policies/procedures, and guide and reinforce
others to follow policies/procedures
- Contribute ideas and solutions that enhance Intercare's people,
processes, and culture
- Maintain billable and budgetary requirements of role (5
billable hours per day/108 hours per month) *Caseloads may be
assigned with a cancellation buffer to meet billable requirements
of role
- Perform other duties as requested *This position may include
responsibilities in providing Fieldwork Experiential Supervision to
BCBA Trainees in accordance with BACB standards . Additional
responsibilities with documentation and frequency of supervision
contact are outlined in Intercare's Supervision Standard specific
to BACB required supervision .

Requirements:
- Master's degree in education, psychology, counseling, behavior
analysis, behavior science, human development, social work,
rehabilitation, or related field, required
- BCBA Certified, strongly preferred
- Completion of initial BACB approved 8-hour supervision course,
if applicable
- Ongoing maintenance of BACB approved supervision eligibility,
if applicable
- 5+ years of experience providing behavior services in school
setting, preferred
- 2+ years of experience with students demonstrating significant
behavioral challenges, required
- 2+ years of experience providing clinical/staff supervision in
school settings, preferred
- 3+ years of experience working with multidisciplinary team,

- Current auto insurance, valid driver's license, and clean

- Ongoing maintenance of compliance trainings and
documentation
- Must clear DOJ/FBI background check, prior to and during
employment
- Must provide proof of absence of Tuberculosis (TB) at time of
hire and every 4 years, or sooner as required by funding sources,
from last negative TB reading, and any additional follow-up
testing
- Documentation of Physical Capability to Perform Services (with
or without reasonable accommodation)
- Permission to disclose health screening medical information and
background checks to required funding sources as applicable
