Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project Manager - Property Condition
Services.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality control
throughout each project's life cycle
Coordinate team efforts to deliver projects according to plan and
cultivate strong relationships with team members and clients
Perform quality assurance and control reviews of Property and
Facility Condition Assessments, while engaging with subcontractors
and field staff
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in Architecture or related
Engineering Field
5+ years of experience in architecture, engineering, and/or
construction/cost estimating
3+ years of experience performing and/or reviewing property
inspection reports
2+ years of experience completing similar work for financial
institutions
Extensive knowledge of ASTM-2018 and the Property Condition Report
Assessment process
