Job Description:

A company is looking for a VP, Human Resources - Technology & Operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide HR business partner support for clients across the Global Servicing organization
Partner with leaders on staffing, retention, talent development, and performance management
Develop and implement engagement plans that support the company's culture and diversity initiatives

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or 9+ years of relevant HR experience in lieu of a degree
5+ years of HR Generalist experience
5+ years of project management or strategic partnering experience
Experience supporting senior-level clients and geographically diverse teams
Experience in a call center environment is preferred
