Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, MSO Privacy
(remote).
Key Responsibilities
Establish and implement the privacy program strategy in
collaboration with legal counsel and key stakeholders
Oversee risk identification, policy implementation, and compliance
training across the MSO and supported physician practices
Monitor compliance of third-party vendors and provide insights to
shape the future direction of the privacy program
Required Qualifications
BA or BS degree in Business or a related field
Minimum of five years of experience in privacy compliance,
preferably in a provider setting
Deep knowledge of HIPAA and U.S. state privacy laws is required
Law Degree and/or certification as a privacy professional (IAPP,
etc.) are preferred
Experience with AI Governance is beneficial
