DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONSAbility to work in partnership with law
enforcement.
Possession of an advanced degree in Social Work,
Counseling/Clinical Psychology, or related field from an accredited
institution.
Evidence of significant administrative experience in the area of
leadership, organization, planning, development, staffing, budget
management, evaluation, and supervision reasonably related to the
administrative assignment in mental health programming.
Experience with effective team management.
Knowledge of and ability to apply principles and methodologies that
foster equitable outcomes for students.
Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Experience working with underrepresented populations (i.e.-
LGBTQIA+, Undocumented, African-American)
Work experience in a college or university setting
One or more years of experience providing CASE management, crisis
intervention, counseling, and care coordination to young adults
and/or college students

SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Positions in this classification may be required to work varied
hours according to need.
The incumbent may periodically be required to travel to a variety
of locations. If operating a vehicle, employees must have the
ability to secure and maintain a valid California driver's
license.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
This is a full-time, temporary professional expert position.
Continued employment is contingent upon funding and approval of the
Chaffey College Governing Board. Effective date of employment will
be as soon as a successful candidate is selected and a mutually
agreed upon date is determined. The monthly salary is $10,200.
Excellent benefits include: health care, dental program, and vision
services for employees and eligible dependents; and retirement
coverage through the California Public Employees' Retirement System
(PERS).
Being able and ready to work onsite at a Chaffey facility or
location is an essential function of this job. Being able and ready
to work in-person with Chaffey students, Chaffey employees, or
other members of the Chaffey community/Chaffey partners/Chaffey
contractors is an essential function of this job.
