Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Process Improvement for HB
and PB.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily tasks and activities of the Process Improvement
team and manage two business analysts
Implement and maintain processes for analyzing revenue cycle
performance, including payer denials and aging accounts
Coordinate resources and training to ensure effective reporting and
analytics for revenue cycle management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, healthcare-related field,
or equivalent work experience
7 or more years of experience in finance, revenue cycle management,
or information systems, with healthcare experience required
2 years of prior management experience preferred
Demonstrated ability in Epic and third-party analytic
applications
Strong leadership and project management skills
