Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Network Strategy, Pricing
& Analytics (Med Econ) to support provider network contracting and
unit cost management activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage provider pricing analysis and oversee staff analysts to
support unit cost budget management
Perform financial modeling and analyses related to provider
contracts and unit cost trends
Engage in management activities including hiring, training, and
evaluating Network Pricing and Analytics staff
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Economics,
Data Science, or Actuarial Sciences
7+ years of analytics experience in financial analysis, healthcare
pricing, or related fields
7+ years of database and data management responsibilities
2+ years of experience managing or mentoring a team of analysts
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access or SQL
