Key Responsibilities
Support, coach, and scale a team of UX researchers, ensuring
high-quality execution
Collaborate cross-functionally to define research roadmaps,
priorities, and strategies
Advocate for user-centered culture and represent research insights
in executive updates
Required Qualifications
Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring UX research
teams
Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research
methods
Experience recruiting and conducting research with technical
users
Ability to develop a UX research strategy aligned with business
objectives
Familiarity with enterprise software and typical IT users and
workflows
