Job Description:
A company is looking for an Incident Manager to ensure efficient
handling of incidents within their fintech platform.
Key Responsibilities
Lead incident communication efforts and craft incident reports and
status updates
Coordinate incident response activities and facilitate
collaboration among cross-functional teams
Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to incident
management processes and conduct post-incident reviews
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in incident management within a technology or
fintech environment
Familiarity with incident management tools (PagerDuty, JIRA, Slack)
and methodologies
Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a
fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree is a
plus
Experience in startup/high growth companies is preferred
