Job Description:
A company is looking for a People Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Leads cross-functional projects and programs, ensuring timely
completion and resolution of issues
Facilitates project status meetings and collaborates with teams to
implement solutions
Manages relationships with internal and external stakeholders and
oversees various People Team projects
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or
university
Minimum of four years of related experience
Knowledge of financial terms and ability to conduct financial
analysis
Strong process skills and demonstrated ability in project
management
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite
