Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Proposals Manager to lead the coordination and development of high-quality proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
Key Responsibilities

Lead proposal development efforts by coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to create winning strategies and compliant responses
Manage the proposal schedule, resources, and deliverables, ensuring timely submission and collaboration with various teams for review and approval
Analyze procurement documents to identify key requirements and communicate them effectively to the proposal team

Required Qualifications

Minimum 7+ years of experience in proposal development, management, or technical writing, preferably in a technology-focused B2B or government contracting environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, English, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, software, and IT services
Proficiency in AI-powered Response Management Platforms and experience with procurement and RFP software
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously
