The YMCA is in search of an experienced and dynamic Full-Time Teen Director to spearhead our efforts in empowering and guiding teenagers toward their full potential!As a Teen Director, you will be leading and implementing innovative programs that cater to the positive development of teens within our local community. Your role involves not only shaping individual lives but also contributing to the overall positive impact on the community.You will be at the forefront of implementing teen programs. Your days will be filled with development of strategies for teen programming, fostering collaborative relationships with teens, staff, vendors, community partners, and schools, and ensuring that we are creating safe and inclusive environments for teens to thrive.What you'll bring to the team:

• Extensive experience in leading and managing teen programs or related youth services.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining community partnerships.
• A commitment to inclusivity, ensuring every member feels welcome.
• Current Adult & Pediatric First Aid/AED/CPR Certification from ASHI, American Red Cross or American Heart Association or willingness to obtain the certification within 30 days of hire.
• Candidates must be a minimum of 21 years old.
