Uniforms & Accreditation:The Senior Manager, Uniforms &
Accreditation, will be a key leader of the LA28 Uniforms &
Accreditation team, responsible for delivering uniforms and
end-to-end accreditation across the entire LA28 workforce,
including paid staff, volunteers, and contractors/service
providers. Reporting to the SVP, HR, Games Prep & Delivery, the
incumbent will work in close collaboration with the Security,
Logistics, Consumer Products, Design, and commercial teams, amongst
others, as well as within the People team, and with other key
stakeholders in crafting and delivering the uniform and
accreditation programs for LA28.Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the People team's lead for the Uniforms and
Accreditation programs for LA28 by managing and leading the
strategic and operational work required to support the workforce
during Games time.
- Maintain shared responsibility for accurate forecasts for
business assets and uniforms and timely reporting.
- Lead and manage cross functional communication across the
Organization including sharing pertinent information, figures, and
operational plans with key internal Functional Area partners.
- Participate actively in partnership and workshops with the
Technology team to ensure systems, platforms, apps, and other tools
are designed with Uniforms and Accreditation requirements at the
forefront and assist with operationalizing the technology platforms
to deliver the Games.
- Lead the development of strategy and operational approach for
uniform distribution and accreditation management across the Games
time footprint.
- Work closely with Workforce Planning function to monitor and
meet critical milestones, including design, ordering, and other key
deadlines.
- Identify, register, and issue accreditation to all members of
the Games Workforce (paid staff, volunteers, contractors, service
providers, security, and other identified populations).
- Develop and implement of accreditation policies and procedures
pertinent to the Games Workforce populations.
- Working in close partnership with other LA28 FAs, determine
access privileges based on role and function, ensuring consistency
and equity and establish a validation and sign off process with
FAs.
- Liaise with key stakeholders, including LA28 leadership and
relevant government authorities to coordinate the implementation of
security processes for Games Workforce, including but not limited
to timelines for security risk assessments.
- Coordinate the workforce accreditation process across the
Workforce dedicated venues within the Games time footprint.
- Plan and implement issue resolution procedures.
- Support the accreditation system configuration and testing as
required (functions, privilege matrix, etc.).
- Maintain and monitor inventory throughout product lifecycle(s)
and ensure smooth operation of distribution and accreditation
centers.
- Develop and support dissolution process for key assets and
facilities.
- Work within the People team to define any uniform and/or
accreditation training requirements, and related materials; assist
in the delivery of collateral and training as required.
- Local travel may be required to support Games time
deliverables.
- Shift work will be required leading up to and during Games
time.Background & Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree, preferably with a specialization in
business, supply chain management, or related field - or equivalent
work experience.
- Prior Games or global event experience required.
- Demonstrated commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and

- Working in an open office environment, on-site 4-5 days per
week.
- Sitting/Standing: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
while working at a desk or computer.
- Manual Dexterity: Proficiency in typing and using office
equipment, including computers, printers, and phones.
- Ability to move and lift 10-15lbs boxes, as needed, leading up
to and during Games time.
- Occasional travel within the Southern California region for
site visits, meetings, and other required operational
activities.The annual base salary range for this position is
$115,000.00 - $130,000.00. The pay scale provided is the range that
LA28 reasonably expects to pay as starting base compensation for
this role. All LA28 compensation remains subject to final
determination based on individual candidate qualifications,
experience, or other reasonable criteria consistent with LA28's
