Due to an abundance of work flowing in, the company is hiring a
Director of Operations to increase operational efficiency and
accelerate business growth.
You will work directly with the company owners and oversee both
commercial and residential roofing divisions.

Established 13 years ago, the company has grown to become a leading
residential and commercial roofing contractor in Los Angeles.
They generate $20m with a team of 20 office and 50 field employees
but have a very ambitious goal to surpass $50m in the next few
years.

trusted to do their job and work as a team to achieve great
results.
What They Do
Their work is 60% residential and 40% commercial, specializing in
re-roofing and service repairs. Each week they complete 25 - 30
repairs, 10 re-roofs, and 2 - 4 large commercial jobs.
Residential projects include both single and multi-family, valued
from small repairs at $3k to full re-roofs at $25m, with commercial
projects ranging from $25k - $500k.
