Responsibilities:
- Maintain a personal BD ROI over 100%.
- Identify local/existing/programmatic clients and facilitate
collaboration to drive revenue across other regions and profit
centers.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit top-level
Seller-Doer talent.
- Master Cumming Group's Pursuits Process and train
Seller-Doers.
- Assist Profit Center Leaders with development & execution of
growth strategy.
- Drive improved communication and collaboration between Profit
Center Leadership, Seller-Doers, Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and
BD Team Members.
- Provide Pursuits Process coaching for major new client
opportunities.
- Coordinate with Profit Center Leader to research and identify
target sectors, prospective clients, decision makers, influencers,
and opportunities within assigned territories to guide strategy as
part of revenue generation.
- Utilize Meeting Agreements to schedule client meetings, then
host internal Pre-Meeting Prep Calls to prepare the Pursuits Team
for ideal outcomes.
- Post client meeting, ensure completion of action items/next
steps to meet client needs and drive the Pursuits Process
forward.Knowledge & Skills Required:

Degree Business Administration or a related fieldExperience: 8+
years of experience in the AEC industry, prior experience
overseeing multiple markets and business plans. Experience in the
L.A. market is required.
