Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Quality Director:This role requires survey experience-someone who understands policies and knows how to present documents to surveyors quickly. They should also know when to escalate issues to the hiring manager.This role will oversee Quality, Risk, Patient Safety, Infection Control, and likely a few other areas as well.The lead will have a team of abstractors and data collectors who will learn significantly from corporate.This role reports to the Risk Director, who operates like a VP-positioned between the Directors and the Executive Team.This position will also work closely with the CNO with plenty of autonomy.Responsible for ensuring that patients receive high-quality care, managing risk, infection control, and compliance.

• Oversee quality management programs
• Lead quality teams
• Improve clinical outcomes
• Minimize patient harm
• Ensure compliance with standards of care and infection control
• Maintain the hospital's reputation
• Ensure patient satisfaction
• Analyze data for patient safety, risk, quality, and regulatory compliance

• Bachelor's degree
• A registered nurse (RN) license
• Experience in managing quality and safety programs
• Strong management and mentoring skills
