Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Call Center Operations
(Clinical).
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of a 24/7 call center and mentor
subordinate management
Oversee service delivery to exceed quality audit goals and ensure
timely problem resolution
Develop and monitor performance standards for staff to enhance
client and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage
and Family Therapy, or Substance Abuse Counseling preferred
5+ years of relevant clinical and administrative experience
Previous supervisory experience managing cross-functional teams
Call center experience preferred
Must possess one of the following licenses: RN, Licensed
Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed
Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Psychologist, or Licensed
Independent Substance Abuse Counselor
