of Benefits & Compensation, you will design and deliver the
company's benefits and compensation programs, which will enhance
the company's ability to attract, engage, develop, and retain
talent. You will be responsible for executing strategies that align
with organizational goals and provide competitive total rewards.
You will lead initiatives encompassing compensation benchmarking,
job architecture, salary planning, benefits program design and
optimization, and proper administration of health and welfare,
retirement, life insurance, and well-being programs. Reporting to
the Chief People Officer, you will play a critical role with
executive leadership in advancing benefits and compensation
strategies across our U.S. businesses.The ideal candidate is

As a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment you
will work closely with HR and Operations teams to find effective
data driven solutions.WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits
strategies that align with the organization's goals, objectives,
and overall workforce strategy.
- Oversee the design, development, and administration of annual
compensation programs, including base pay, performance-based
incentives, sales incentives, LTIP, and bonus structures.
- Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to ensure that
compensation and benefits offerings are competitive within the
industry and attract top talent.
- Partner with executive leadership to design, implement, and
manage comprehensive employee benefits programs, including health
insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other
employee benefits.
- Oversee the open enrolment process and ensure benefits programs
are properly administered and legally compliant.
- Serve as a key advisor and coach to the company's executive
leadership team regarding innovative benefits design.
- Ensure benefits team is responsive to employee's needs by
meeting established SLA's.
- Prepare compensation recommendations for new hires and current
employees, providing insight based on knowledge of relevant labor
markets and internal equity.
- Manage vendor relationships with benefits brokers and
TPA's.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local
regulations and laws governing compensation and benefits programs,
minimizing legal and financial risk to the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, legal,
and finance, to address compensation and benefits-related issues,
providing strategic guidance to enhance organizational
effectiveness.
- Lead, mentor, and develop staff.What It Takes to be Successful
- Hybrid: On-site 2 days a week
- B.A. in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field;
master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, and
administration management, with at least 4 years in a leadership
role.
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles,
practices, and trends.
- Proven history of designing and implementing successful
compensation and benefits programs.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
and make data-driven recommendations to business leaders
effectively and concisely.
- Strong leadership and people skills, with the ability to
influence and collaborate across all levels of the
organization.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Broad and deep knowledge of applicable laws and
regulations.
- Expert in managing databases, Excel, pivot tables, charts, and
graphs.
- Flexibility to adapt to change and a genuine desire to always
be learning.
- Bilingual Spanish is preferred but not required.

the current base salary range for this position is $160-$220k.
Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level,
experience, and/or education. You will also be eligible for annual
cash bonuses based upon performance and other factors. Servicon
