team of Project Managers and oversee product installations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of 100-150+ customers and projects, ensuring
timely and efficient product installations
Develop and mentor Project Managers, providing guidance and support
for their professional growth
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project
management efficiency and performance
Required Qualifications
6-8 years of operational and project management experience
3-5 years of people leadership experience in a project management
setting
Ability to work strategically in a fast-paced environment with
multiple priorities
Exceptional customer service mindset with a focus on delivering
high-quality service
Demonstrated leadership qualities, including team motivation and
performance excellence
