Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive
technical execution for accelerator projects.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and deliver technical projects for accelerator
teams, ensuring alignment with objectives
Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical challenges
and optimize project outcomes
Identify and mitigate technical risks, while guiding teams in
architectural and infrastructure decisions
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in technical program or project management
in Web3 or blockchain infrastructure
Strong understanding of blockchain architecture, smart contracts,
and consensus mechanisms
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in fast-paced
environments
Ability to anticipate and address technical challenges impacting
project success
Understanding of early-stage project dynamics and developer
ecosystems
