drive the adoption of enterprise-wide transformation
initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive training and communication plans
for transformation initiatives
Create training and enablement strategies to support large,
cross-functional initiatives
Collaborate with the Transformation Readiness team to align
communication strategies with business objectives
Required Qualifications
7-10 years of experience in strategic communications, focusing on
change management and training content creation
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint
Experience in management consulting and/or SaaS industries
Exceptional writing and editing skills
Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting
