• Lead Restaurant Operations: Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities, to ensure exceptional customer service and a high-quality dining experience.
• Team Leadership: Motivate and lead a diverse team of servers, bartenders, chefs, and support staff to achieve exceptional results and maintain a positive work environment.
• Customer Service: Set and uphold high service standards to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive repeat business.
• Inventory and Cost Management: Manage inventory, ordering, and control of food and beverage costs to maintain profitability and efficiency.
• Safety and Hygiene: Implement and maintain safety and hygiene standards to ensure a clean and safe dining environment.
• Marketing and Promotions: Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
• Customer Feedback: Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or concerns promptly to maintain a positive reputation and customer loyalty.
• Staff Development: Create a positive and inclusive work environment, including staff training and development, to foster growth and success.Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a genuine love for Mexican cuisine and seafood.
• Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and regulations.
