and Consumer Experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic and operational initiatives to enhance brand
recognition through integrated marketing and engagement
campaigns
Develop a clear and widely understood brand identity among internal
and external stakeholders
Oversee an internal creative team to foster innovation and ensure
the effectiveness of campaigns and outreach strategies
Required Qualifications
10+ years of operational experience in strategy, consulting,
product management, brand strategy, or operations
Proven success in implementing consumer initiatives and service
design across functions
Experience in strategic planning and consumer insights
Ability to work in a tech/product/data-oriented environment
Strong capability to cultivate brand and member-centric
insights
