and linear TV advertising.Role & ResponsibilitiesLocation: Los
Angeles, CA or NYC (Hybrid)VideoAmp's RevOps team is seeking a
Director of Revenue Operations and Analysis who will be an
exceptional addition to our growing team. As a Director of Revenue
Operations and Analysis at VideoAmp, you will be responsible for
leading our data analytics team and driving business growth through
insightful data analysis. The ideal candidate will have deep
knowledge in SQL, data pipelines, and data visualization experience
and be able to thrive in a fast-paced startup-style environment.
The role is based in either New York or Los Angeles reporting to
the SVP of Revenue Strategy & Operations.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies that optimize
revenue growth and increase operational efficiency.
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes that
ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all
systems and platforms.
- Manage and maintain cloud-based data architectures and
infrastructure, including AWS, Snowflake, or Google Cloud
Platform.
- Work with finance and commercial leadership to analyze and spot
insights; implement changes to optimize the business.
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to improve the revenue
forecast process to deliver leading indicators on performance.
- Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards that
provide real-time insights into key performance metrics and revenue
drivers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales,
marketing, finance, and product, to identify opportunities for
revenue growth and operational improvements.
- Create and execute ad-hoc analyses and reports to support
business decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of continuous
learning and development.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science,
Statistics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on SQL,
data pipelines, cloud architecture, and data visualization.
- Proven experience managing and leading teams, with strong
leadership and communication skills.
- Expert-level knowledge of SQL and experience with database
technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Redshift.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Sigma, Tableau,
Looker, or Power BI.
- Experience with cloud-based data storage and computation
platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Financial and accounting proficiency; understand how Salesforce
and pipeline flow through GAAP financials.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to
work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to operate independently and collaboratively with other
leaders.What We OfferThis position pays between $150,000 - $165,000
+ Equity + Benefits. The actual compensation offer will be
determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to,
the applicant's qualifications, skills, and experience.
