Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Success to
lead a team and manage customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and implement departmental policies and procedures while
mentoring team members
Manage high-level customer accounts and foster strong relationships
to enhance customer loyalty
Collaborate cross-functionally to advocate for customer needs and
improve overall experience
Qualifications:
Proven leadership experience in Customer Success or Account
Management in a SaaS environment
Track record of building and leading successful customer-facing
teams
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced
environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience in Customer Success, including at least 5
years in a management role
