Read further to learn how you could help make great things possible not only in your community, but around the world.Role OverviewIn the role of Project Controls Manager, we'll count on you to:

  • Support the coordination and collaboration within all aspects and sub-functions of project controls and reporting, including project change management, cost control, progress measurement, schedule development, and schedule control.
  • Assist in project set-up in the Project Management Information System and Enterprise Planning & Controls software, including data input, transfer, log maintenance, and report generation.
  • Aid in creating Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and developing, implementing, and maintaining scheduling and cost reports, cash flows, and forecasts on small projects.
  • Assist with reviewing and approving Purchase Orders and/or Subcontracts for proper coding and document changes to cost reports or forecasts.
  • Help in developing and maintaining an earned value management system, verifying progress measurements, and conducting quality checks and inspections on project controls deliverables.
  • Comply with all policies and standards.QualificationsPreferred Qualifications
    • Experience on highway and bridge projects is preferred.
    • Experience with Oracle Primavera P6 is preferred.
    • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel is preferred.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft OfficeRequired Qualifications
      • A minimum of 10 years' experience in project controls work on engineering and construction projects, including planning, estimating, forecasting, scheduling, cost control, schedule control, and project reports.
      • Ability to manage proposal preparation, contract review and negotiation, client relationship and win strategy for medium to large EPC Projects.
      • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
      • Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple long- and short-term tasks simultaneously.
      • Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
      • Strong oral and written communication skills.
