Job Description:
KARL STORZ is currently seeking a highly organized and
detail-oriented Special Processes Case Manager to ensure accurate
and efficient management of customer master data. The successful
candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong
analytical mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a
fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer master data, ensuring accuracy and compliance
with established standards
- Create, review, and approve new customer account requests and
maintain existing accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality
and integrity
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer
master data management
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal
stakeholders Requirements:
- 5+ years of combined experience in customer service and account
management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficient in computer applications and general office
equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer data experience, with experience working
with master data and SAP MM applications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
and Word
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, with strong
attention to detail
- Ability to work well under deadlines and in a multi-tasking
