Job Description:

A company is looking for a Utilization Management Nurse Consultant (Weekend Role).

Key Responsibilities

Utilizes clinical experience to assess and coordinate healthcare services for members
Gathers clinical information to render coverage determinations based on guidelines and clinical judgment
Communicates with providers to facilitate care and identifies referral opportunities for members

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse
Active, current, and unrestricted RN licensure in state of residence
1+ years of clinical experience in an acute or post-acute setting
Associates Degree or Nursing Diploma required
BSN preferred
