Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Operations to lead residential and commercial solar construction projects. Reporting to the President / CEO, this role ensures successful project execution, cost management, schedule adherence, and overall operational excellence. The Director of Operations will oversee all aspects of solar project delivery, including managing project managers, field superintendents, and crews across multiple construction sites. This position also encompasses responsibility for logistics, personnel, and all operational functions related to solar project construction.In this key leadership role, you will collaborate with departments such as legal, contracts administration, engineering, purchasing, and logistics to deliver projects from contract initiation to completion. Acting as the company's authorized representative, you will manage client relationships, oversee project administration, and ensure adherence to company standards and OSHA safety regulations. The ideal candidate will bring professionalism, flexibility, and a commitment to upholding company values while fostering cross-departmental collaboration. Overtime and non-standard hours may be required to meet project demands and organizational objectives.Success will be evaluated based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as project completion rates, budget adherence, operational availability, response times, and team development. -
