office, subject to changeAs a Market Development Manager (Business
Development), you'll be a key player in expanding the adoption of
our platform within the commercial real estate brokerage and
valuation industries. You will focus on identifying and engaging
high-value professionals within your assigned territory, helping
them leverage our platform to optimize their workflows. This role
requires developing a deep understanding of the commercial real
estate landscape in your region, identifying key industry
professionals, and using a strategic and persistent approach to
bring them onto our platform. Your ability to communicate value
effectively and build strong industry relationships will be
critical to your success.Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Market Development and Business
Development teams to execute growth strategies and drive market
penetration.
- Utilize multiple outreach channels, including phone, email,
in-person meetings, conferences, and industry events, to engage and
acquire new members.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key commercial real
estate professionals to increase adoption of our platform.
- Research and map the commercial real estate landscape to
identify and target high-value prospects.
- Serve as an advocate for the value and utilization of data in
market analysis and decision-making.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and networking
events to promote platform engagement and brand visibility.Skills &
Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a
related role.
- Strong ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and
maintain long-term relationships.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management
skills.
- Highly resourceful, creative, and persistent in achieving
business goals.
- Experience in commercial real estate or a keen interest in the
industry is a plus.
- Comfortable with technology, including Microsoft Office, Google
Suite, Slack, and CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Collaborative mindset with a commitment to fostering an
inclusive and team-oriented environment.
- Professional and friendly demeanor with a resilient, go-getter

for Los Angeles hires only and will be commensurate with candidate
