Programs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a cohesive sales training strategy for new
agent onboarding and ongoing development
Lead a team of curriculum and training delivery professionals,
providing guidance and support
Monitor and measure training effectiveness against tactical KPIs
and manage training resource planning
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
8+ years of high-volume, job-specific training and development
experience
2+ years of virtual/e-learning training and content delivery
experience
Certification in training and development preferred
5+ years of Medicare experience preferred
