A company is looking for a Director of Account Management.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling
opportunities within existing accounts
Build strategic partnerships by maintaining strong relationships
with key stakeholders
Ensure customer success by collaborating with internal teams to
meet KPIs and drive adoption
Required Qualifications
7+ years of enterprise software sales or account management
experience, preferably in SaaS
Domain expertise in CLM, ERP, CRM, or BSM is preferred
Proven success in value-based selling, upselling, and
cross-selling
Experience managing large, Fortune 500 client engagements
Strong track record of developing executive-level relationships and
directing strategic initiatives
