Job Description:
A company is looking for an Executive Director to lead efforts
in climate and environmental justice.
Key Responsibilities
Advance the organization's Strategic Plan and community organizing
initiatives
Fundraise and develop relationships with stakeholders, including
government officials and media
Oversee a staff of 18, managing multiple projects and ensuring
effective operations
Required Qualifications
Ten years of non-profit management experience with a budget over
$1.5 million
Experience in grassroots movement building and community
organizing
Knowledge and commitment to climate and environmental justice
Experience in fundraising from philanthropic foundations
Must reside in the U.S. and be comfortable with travel
