Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP of Client Programs to lead and
manage client program operations and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee program, account, and project management services, ensuring
alignment with business strategy
Lead the onboarding and development of new client programs,
engaging in strategic dialogue with clients
Serve as the primary point of contact for client escalations
regarding project scope and deliverables
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in the physical security industry
Five years in a senior management position
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Expertise in low voltage and physical security technology and
design concepts
Strong business acumen with a broad understanding of management
practices and principles
