Key Responsibilities
Manage urgent and complex escalations from incident escalation to
resolution
Collaborate with internal teams and external entities to share
escalation trends and intelligence
Provide administrative support while handling sensitive and
confidential material
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in escalations, risk management, or Trust
and Safety
Experience in content review and policy enforcement
Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders across
various functions
Experience in developing and executing processes and projects
Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently with
changing priorities
