Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enterprise Support Manager in the
Retention Division.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality and personalized support to customers and
internal stakeholders
Collaborate with various teams to enhance product and process
development
Guide the team on escalated issues and drive continuous improvement
initiatives
Required Qualifications
3+ years of technical experience in product support, customer
success, or account management, preferably in a SaaS
environment
Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent
experience
Experience working with Account Executives/Account Managers in a
SaaS environment
Strong understanding of standard support metrics such as SLA and
CSAT
Proven track record of success in achieving goals in a hyper-growth
environment
