Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director of CloudOps to develop and implement strategic plans for enhancing cloud operations.



Key Responsibilities:

Oversee management and optimization of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS infrastructure
Implement monitoring tools for high performance and availability of cloud products
Direct incident management processes to resolve operational issues rapidly


Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
At least 10 years of experience in IT operations with a focus on SaaS environments
A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role managing IT or CloudOps teams
Experience in managing relationships with software vendors and cloud service providers
