Social Media Manager #PPA leading music streaming company looking for a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to lead the social media efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic social media campaigns that align with business objectives, driving follower growth, engagement, and brand visibility. You will collaborate across teams to create compelling content, manage publishing schedules, and engage with online communities.   • 40 hours/week, 6 Month AssignmentSocial Media Manager Responsibilities:
    • Strategic Planning
      • Implement comprehensive social media strategies.
      • Align social media goals with broader marketing and business objectives to drive brand visibility.
      • Oversee the development and execution of engagement strategies to increase follower growth, brand awareness, loyalty, and leads.
      • Evaluate and recommend potential partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility and reach.
      • Implement innovative tactics to drive social media growth and engagement across all platforms.
      • Refine the social media strategy based on performance data, industry trends, and audience insights.
      • Campaign Management
        • Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns, including paid and organic initiatives.
        • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with broader marketing strategies.
        • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
        • Content Development
          • Own the content development process, including planning, briefing, creation, and review.
          • Create compelling and on-brand content that resonates with target audiences across platforms.
          • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure content consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
          • Content Publishing
            • Manage and oversee the publishing schedule for all social media content.
            • Ensure timely and accurate distribution of content across relevant social channels.
            • Monitor and adjust publishing strategies based on audience engagement and platform algorithm changes.
            • Community Management
              • Identify and engage with key communities, influencers, and partners.
              • Build and nurture relationships with followers, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
              • Develop and implement strategies to grow and maintain an active and engaged online community.
              • Reporting, Research, Trends, and Insights
                • Prepare detailed reports on social media performance, insights, and recommendations.
                • Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
                • Analyze audience data to refine targeting and content strategies, ensuring maximum relevance and impact.
                • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging platforms, recommending innovative tactics to keep the brand at the forefront of social media.Social Media Manager Qualifications:
                  • 4-6 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a B2B environment.
                  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
                  • Experience with social media management tools and analytics (Sprout Social a plus).
                  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies.
                  • Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to craft engaging and on-brand content.
                  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
                  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
                  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
                  • Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of social media trends and innovations.
