- In the fields of Film, TV, Streaming, Digital, IP and Branded
Content:BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- Constantly mine the industry for innovative opportunities and
ideas for our Fortune 500 client roster (generally and
specifically)
- Develop, curate and package insight and intel-driven
opportunities for our clients.
- Direct, oversee and collaborative on pitching of ideas to
client roster independently and with our Account / New Business
Teams.
- Play a significant role in new business pitches where
Entertainment Partnerships are involved.
- Grow business prospects with a roster of existing clients;
providing strategic thought leadership and expertise, working to
expand scope of work using the company's network
capabilities.PROJECT OVERSIGHT AND MANAGEMENT
- Manage projects, directly and/or with a team of executional
specialists.
- Ability to manage client's overall expectations and provide
continuously holistic context to the progress made.
- Provide expert knowledge and insight to help evaluate the
results of such programs against objectives.INTERNAL ORGANIZATIONAL
LEADERSHIP
- Scope projects in collaboration with client-leads, clients,
business affairs, team EVP, and finance.
- Provide strategic counsel, guidance and leadership to team
members, ensuring the team's success by managing work quality and
productivity levels.
- Mentor, coach and support team members ensuring constant
development of their skills.
- Maintain relationships with senior-level client contacts,
colleagues and external partners.
- Commit to continuous learning and improvement of leadership
skills; set and pursue stretch goals.
- Superb networking, teamwork, negotiation, and
interpersonal/diplomatic skills with ability to work effectively
with stakeholders to achieve a common goal.
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with our firm's
values.QUALIFICATIONS
- Should have 8+ years of relevant experience within a studio,
network, or broadcast outlet, and/or at an agency with directly
relevant experience and knowledge in this space.
- Must have strong relationships throughout the Entertainment
industry.
- Must have the ability and passion to sell and be a creative
marketer, problem solver, and have the proven ability to close
deals.
- Highest level of client services experience with the ability to
act quickly and thoughtfully.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
with the ability to communicate to all levels of an organization,
crisply and succinctly.
- Motivated by an extremely collaborative and fast-moving
environment.
- Should bring a love of solving strategic business challenges
with creative solutions, in collaboration with our clients.
- Should be a passionate self-starter who isn't afraid to roll up
their sleeves.
- Possess strong knowledge and passion of the entertainment (TV,
Film, Digital, Content, IP) industry, and future
trends/opportunities shaping it.
- Should be a big and creative thinker.$94,000 - $156,000 a
yearAn employee's pay position within the salary range will be
based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant
education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills,
seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements,
revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or
organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of
DJEH's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may
